It is helpful to enroll in classes PRIOR to sentencing. The amount of classes that you will be required to attend are determined by your BAC and prior offenses. If this is your first offense and your BAC is unknown you should start in Education. Level II Education is 12 weeks. We also offer Level 1 Education but this is not as common as Level II and most people will be required to complete Level II.
We meet on zoom once a week for 12 weeks. You will need a reliable internet connection and a private location that is free from interruptions and background distractions. There are many class times available but these fill quickly so keep checking back if what you see here does not work with your schedule. Many classes in the evening and on the weekend.
Available classes:
Thursday 5 pm
Sunday 3 pm
Level II Therapy is offered in Tracks. The track is going to be based upon your BAC.
With no priors, a BAC < .15 will be 42 hours, or track A. If your BAC was higher than .15 or a refusal and it is your firsrt offense , you will be Track B, or 52 hours
Tracks C and D are offered for those people that have a prior offense. Track C is 68 hours and for someone with a BAC of less than .15. If you had a refusal or a BAC greater than .15 you will be required to complete track D which is 86 hours.
Available classes:
Thursday 7:00 pm
Sunday 5 pm

WHAT OTHERS ARE SAYING: "Thank you so much! Today is my 8 months to the day voluntary sobriety mark, my 36th birthday, and maybe the completion of a chapter in my life with education and therapy where I can put closure on dealing with tough stuff and sad emotions but coming out better because of it. I really enjoyed your perspective, as well as your non-judge mental and always supportive attitude towards counseling and therapy. That very much allowed me to get past shame or judgment, and into how to think about my needs and a positive outlook for life." " I just wanted to thank this group from the bottom of my heart, when this first started I was so depressed- so scared- I felt like an absolute piece of shit who didn’t move out of my bed for 4 days after struggling with my new found sudden sobriety. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve reread messages on my previous posts In gross sobbing tears from the words of wisdom, and kindness from folks in this group. I know I made a mi

Colorado Law will require the installation and use of ignition interlock systems for most people convicted of DUI. An ignition interlock is a device which requires the vehicle's driver to provide breath samples when the vehicle is started, and then, at random intervals while driving. The interlock will prevent the vehicle from starting if it detects alcohol in excess of a setpoint value or will work the vehicle's horn and lights to alert police if the setpoint is passed with car running.
